Having problems with your mouse? 🤖 have some tips for ya! 


1️⃣Make sure your mouse is turned on and charged! You'll find the power switch on the bottom of the mouse, and the charging port on the side nearest the buttons. You can use any USB-C cable to charge it up.


2️⃣Check your connection! Ensure the USB key is snugly connected to either your dock or laptop.

⚠️ Already plugged in and still not working? Try moving your USB key to another USB port. 

💡Your USB-key is the small piece that came in the box with your keyboard & mouse. 


3️⃣Check your settings! On your laptop, select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse. Here you can ensure your mouse is properly configured; settings changes here could get you back in action!
